What is UNLOCKED?
AI just turned capability from something scarce into something abundant. UNLOCKED is about what you do with it — turning that potential into motion, in people and in the organizations they build. The Greeks called it dynamis: potential in motion.
Most coverage splits that potential in two — AI as a personal productivity hack, or an enterprise transformation problem — and misses that they’re the same motion. You can’t transform an organization without unlocking the people inside it, and you can’t fully unlock a person stuck in one built for scarcity. UNLOCKED works that intersection.
Two things make this more than commentary.
